Choose an appropriate leveling agent: acid dyes are macromolecules containing more than one sulfonic acid group, which are ionized and decomposed into anions in the dye solution, and can form an ionic bond combination with the amine group and amide group of the mesh cloth fiber to achieve mesh The purpose of cloth leveling is to prevent the rapid combination of ions, and anionic leveling agent with a relatively small molecular weight can seize the dyeing mat of the mesh fiber. Afterwards, van der Waals forces are gradually replaced by dye macromolecules and non-ionic levelling agents will reduce the dye uptake rate.

2. Adopt the dyeing method of mesh cloth segmented heating: the glass transition temperature of nylon mesh cloth is low, at about 50 degrees Celsius, exceeding the glass transition temperature, the gap between the fiber molecules increases, the dye is easy to infiltrate, and the control is not good. It is difficult to transfer, so when the temperature is around 55 degrees Celsius, you should allow enough time for the mesh cloth to dye.

3. Take the method of adding acid in stages: in neutral and weak alkaline, nylon mesh cloth is negatively charged, and acid dyes are basically not dyed, while in weak acid liquid, nylon mesh cloth is positively charged, and dyes can be It is combined with the mesh cloth fiber with a salt bond to increase the concentration of the dye solution and accelerate the dye uptake.
